Out Media Team work closely with our partners and advertisers on the site. They look to present the most relevant products to our customers – everything from display and sequential advertising to pay-per-click and credit card partnerships.
The Customer Care and Sales Team take telephone bookings andcustomers offer advice and support via the phone, email, social media and our website. You’ll find a lively mix of personalities on the team and a genuine passion and enthusiasm for making customers happy.
The Product and Technology teams design, build and evolve the lastminute.com website, including our mobile and tablet sites. Both teams are focused on creating the best possible experience for the customer. If collaboration and innovation are central to how you work, you’ll fit in here.
The Commercial Partnership team build and grow relationships with hotels around the world so we can offer our customers fantastic places to stay at great rates. Roles in this team can feature international travel.
The marketing team include marketing, brand and public relations as well as SEO and PPC. There’s a lot of exciting work in the UK and beyond, including our TV campaigns and seasonal offers.
The Internal Comms team make sure all of our people are well informed, connected and engaged. They also share relevant news and information in the most engaging and effective way possible.
The legal team work on a wide range of commercial law projects and manage potential legal risks regarding travel, ecommerce, marketing, data protection, contracts and brand protection.
The Financial team work on a range of projects from planning, reporting and forecasting to transaction processing and procurement support. They also turn the complexity of finance into easily digestible facts that can be communicated effectively to our colleagues throughout the business.
We’ve got HR teams in the UK, Poland, France, Germany, Spain and Italy. All of our HR Admin is taken care of by the HR Data Management centre in Poland (including contracts of employment, starters & leavers and changes such as promotions and salary increases). This leaves the UK HR team free to focus on the talent issues that impact most on business performance.
